Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We appreciate you shopping with Swear NYC. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel prior to it being shipped if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to Swear NYC after contacting us. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product to info@swearnyc.com and someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.

General Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS any order after 6PM (Eastern time) will be processed the next following day (except holidays and weekends)..  Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS and tracking number will be sent to you.  Orders submitted on weekends will process the next business days.

We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.


USPS Ground-  service could take 1-5 business days for delivery

Delivery time:
For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days 
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days. 

Shipping Policies:
Is an estimate from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Orders submitted on weekends will process within the next 2 business days. 


Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Swear NYC not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Products & Incorrect Information:
Swear NYC is not responsible If you receive damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 30 days of placing your order.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Items not in Stock:
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.
